Michael Gough is Chief Financial Officer and has served since its inception in May 2015. Mr. Gough oversees finance, accounting, treasury and administration.

Between 1995 and joining the company, he consulted with start-up companies and established firms throughout Silicon Valley, managing external audits, performing due diligence, preparing financial reports, as well as coordinating tax and human resource compliance. Mr. Gough has also served as CFO of NuTool Inc., a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, where he helped raise over $40M in venture capital and helped coordinate the successful merger between NuTool and ASMI NV, Inc.

He holds MBA and BA degrees from Santa Clara University and a Masters in English from Notre Dame de Namur University. He also holds a CPA license (MT inactive) and was a tenured faculty member in accounting and business at DeAnza College in Cupertino, CA (over thirty years).
