Continuum is the leader in sustainable metals recycling and conversion to spherical metal powder. The company’s technology enables the rapid advancement of a sustainable circular economy for metals.  Our proprietary Melt-to-Powder system can be deployed locally and scaled rapidly.

By setting the new sustainability standard, Continuum is able to meet customers’ booming demand for sustainable materials with significantly reduced environmental impact. Our OptiPowder is produced from 100% recycled material with 100% green power.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Director

The QHSE Director plans, develops, implements, and maintains integrated Quality, Health and Safety programs to achieve continuous improvement in quality and safety performance. She/He influences the culture, management, and leadership of quality and safety issues by building and maintaining programs to proactively comply with regulatory and corporate level quality, safety & health requirements. This role provides guidance into detailed facility build-out and will work with site teams and external subject matter experts to outline the oversight necessary for a successful site safety plan and execution.

R&D Engineer

The R&D Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing and managing the process involved in the production and handling of metal powders, including but not limited to titanium powder. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to conduct R&D, ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of metal powder, addressing production challenges, and implementing novel initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality, reduce costs and maintain compliance with industry standards.
