Jared Butson joined Continuum Powders in September 2024 as Senior Vice President, Global Sales.

Mr. Butson is an accomplished sales and business development leader with a proven track record of driving growth in the aviation and aerospace industries. As VP of Sales at CTS Engines, a mature engine MRO, he was instrumental in securing long-term commercial contracts with top-tier engine OEMs, as well as with cargo, military, and airline customers.

Prior to his role at CTS Engines, Jared played a key role in developing TurbineAero's commercial offerings for APU MRO services, negotiating critical commercial and defense contracts, with a particular focus on cargo operators. At Avidyne Corporation, a market leader in the design and manufacturing of integrated avionics systems, he led the sales team to deliver exceptional sales results, successfully launching new products through innovative sales strategies.

With a strong foundation in strategic leadership, Jared excels in building high-performing teams, managing complex contracts, and cultivating long-term client relationships. He will leverage his extensive industry connections and expertise to drive transformational growth at Continuum Powders.
