Martine Savage joined the company in May 2023 as VP of Human Resources. Ms. Savage leads organizational effectiveness, talent management, HR operations and employee engagement. She works closely with the CEO and executive team to implement an HR strategy that aligns with the business strategy and advises on all people-related matters globally.

Ms. Savage has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining, she led the People function for another growing, sustainability-focused company. Her prior global HR leadership roles have been with Direct Energy (North American affiliate of Centrica, UK) and BMC Software. She is also an experienced business transformation consultant, having worked for Ernst and Young.

Ms. Savage holds a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the University of Houston. She also has a SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management.
