Rizk Ghafari joined the company in July 2023 as Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Ghafari is responsible for leading global manufacturing operations, process engineering, QHSE, supply chain, and the commissioning and start-up of new facilities, including the Texas flagship site.

Mr. Ghafari has extensive experience in domestic and international Product Development, Design Engineering, Operations and Multi-site Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Management in multiple medium-to-large organizations. Prior to joining, Mr. Ghafari worked in Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing leadership roles at Valicor Environmental Services, National Oilwell Varco, Goodman Manufacturing and Ford Motor Company on a global level.

He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems, both from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Engineering Management from Wayne State University.  He also has won numerous awards and recognitions over the course of his career and is skilled in applying Lean Six Sigma and many other operational disciplines.
